YC-SM43P is a compact ESP32-S3 based smart touch panel designed for smart home, industrial HMI, IoT control, and building automation applications. Q1:Does your panels support Zigbee?

A1:If you need your panels to work with Zigbee, we suggest using a Gateway. Connecting all sensors to the gateway, which is then linked to our control panel. A demonstration video illustrating this process can be found at the following link: https://youtu.be/D4vSVo23JXg

Q2:Does your panels support KNX?

A2:We are not currently a member of KNX, so we do not have authorization to include KNX protocol in our standard models. However, we offer two solutions:

1. Custom Integration: With 18 years of R&D and manufacturing experience, we can integrate KNX modules into our mainboards. We will provide a neutral Android OS, and you can handle the KNX firmware. This option allows you to create a custom model tailored to your specifications.

2. KNX IP Gateway Solution: For a quick and straightforward setup, you can use a KNX IP gateway to bridge your devices with our panel.

Q3:Can I open the box and start using the panel?

A3:All of our panels run on a neutral Android OS. They can connect wirelessly via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. For wired connections, we offer RS485. Each panel comes with the Google Play Store, allowing you to easily install apps like Tuya and Home Assistant. Additionally, we can assist with pre-installing your APK upon request.

Q4:Does it come with POE?

A4:Yes, all our smart home control panels support PoE, adheres to the IEEE802.3af standard

Q5:What operating systems do you supply?

A5:Our smart home solutions support a variety of operating systems, including Android and Linux-based systems such as Ubuntu, Debian, and Buildroot.
