Our QA Dept. is an independent department on an operational level, we have a strict & sound procedure to ensure full compliance with ISO9001:2000. We have been investing in various testing equipment and constantly reviewing our production flow in order to stabilize & enhance the good quality.
Quality Control (QC) is a procedure of instructions intended to ensure that a manufactured product or performed service adheres to a defined set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of our customers.
1）. All the material need to be tested before production.
2）. We will do pre-production before bulk order to see the problem and solve them at the beginning.
3）. QC will inspect each product during production.
4）. Each production line team will be in charge of by a professional QC
5）. Double test after production. All machine will be charged to play video for hours.
We have an internal slogan: The best welfare is training.
Every factory operator will be provided with intensive training, the supervisor from each department will assign the appropriate position according to their interest & capability so as to exert their strength and performance. This would shorten the learning curve and create a sense of self-fulfillment that results in increased production efficiency ultimately.
